Along with his deep expertise in database and analytics-related software, cloud data platforms and AI-machine learning, Paul brings a wealth of experience in consumer centric industries, having spear-headed the development of industry vertical value propositions in numerous organisations throughout his career.

 

Guy Cuthbert – CEO & CTO, Atheon Analytics

Guy studied Computer Science at the University of Manchester at the start of the 1990s under sponsorship from Siemens. His early career as a software engineer with a small AS/400 development company gave him an opportunity to develop technical and commercial skills which he put to good use in 1998 when he started his first business, Simple Enterprise Ltd. He sold the business after 18 months development to Alternative Business Solutions Ltd (”ABS”) in 1999 and joined their board of directors as CTO. The software platform that he pioneered at Simple Enterprise became ABS TradeSimple – an internet-EDI platform and Guy took  the reins as CEO at ABS in 2004, helping to set ABS on its path to purchase by Fourth Hospitality in 2006.
