Eighty percent of consumers also indicate that sustainability is important to them, and they’re looking for organizations to make corporate commitments such as net zero.

Now leaders must define ESG goals, establish a clear baseline of where they sit in terms of their sustainability attainment, and then operationalize their sustainability goals.
