Nancy Hauge, CHRO, Automation Anywhere

Nancy is a sought-after public speaker for her work in: the future of work, automation, organizational dislocation, corporate courage, humour in the workplace, innovation and social consciousness in business. Her work has been recognized by graduate schools and profiled in national publications.  She was a recipient of a 2014 “Stevie Award” and named one of Silicon Valley’s “100 Women of Influence” in 2015.  She is the author of “Consulting Adult”, a blog focusing on how the workplace is changing.  A native of Chicago, Illinois, Nancy now lives in Wilmington, North Carolina and San Jose, California.  She has been married to award winning composer, Kem Hauge for 46 years.

Forrest Whyte, Senior Director HR & TA Technology, Transformation & Total Rewards

HR Professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in compensation, benefits, HR technology, automation/transformation, and employee experience. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) in the San Francisco Bay Area with experience in life sciences, high-tech, software, hardware, and manufacturing companies at both public and private companies.

Adam Fenwick, Senior Regional Sales Director UKI at Digital Workforce / RPA technology leader, Automation Anywhere

With 20 years of experience in IT, including eight years leading automation practices across industry, Adam Fenwick, leads the UKI Automation Anywhere region. A History and Sociology graduate of Liverpool University, he is truly passionate about Digital Transformation & customer experience projects, along with sports like Olympic weightlifting. Adam is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management (FISM) and a Trustee of Ella Dunn Housing Trust, a registered charity providing the North East’s elderly with disabilities free housing for life.
