Her work has been recognized by graduate schools and profiled in national publications.  She was a recipient of a 2014 “Stevie Award” and named one of Silicon Valley’s “100 Women of Influence” in 2015.  She is the author of “Consulting Adult”, a blog focusing on how the workplace is changing.  A native of Chicago, Illinois, Nancy now lives in Wilmington, North Carolina and San Jose, California.  She has been married to award winning composer, Kem Hauge for 46 years.
