Alicia specializes in governance, risk, and compliance programs (GRC) and technology-enabled business initiatives. She directs Crowe’s GRC offerings providing implementation and system administrator managed services to our GRC technology clients to design and maintain sustainable GRC systems. She strives to help her clients enable risk and compliance programs through smart use of technology to make your life easier.  Her previous internal auditing and information security roles provide practical experience in developing leading practice GRC programs.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spoiling her adopted senior dog, cycling, and visiting breweries.

Blake Gardner, Life Sciences Third Party Risk Sr. Manager, Crowe LLP

Blake has nine years’ experience in the third-party risk management discipline with a specialization in Life Sciences. He specializes in Information Security, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Compliance. He helps manage Crowe’s relationship with several large organizations, coordinating assessments of third-parties and managing TPRM programs. Blake is well-versed in quality and privacy regulations specific to the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries such as GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Kelly Griffin, Director, Partner & Alliances, ProcessUnity

Kelly has 8 years of experience within the Third Party Risk Management space and is responsible for managing global relationships with ProcessUnity’s consulting partners and content providers. She previously worked at a Big 4 firm focused on their TPRM consulting and managed services offerings. Kelly’s experience includes TPRM program transformation, assessment execution, regulatory response, and external data integration for clients across various sectors both nationally and globally.
