Lionel van Dongen, Lead EMEA Cloud Economics Partnership Strategy – AWS Lionel is a Finops expert at AWS, where he develops the partnership between Cloud Economics and global consulting partners in EMEA. In his previous career, he held multiple technology and consulting leadership positions at Capgemini and DXC. Lionel has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a master’s degree in political science from the UCLouvain.

Martin Plessow, Senior Director Customer Success, IBM & Certified TBM Executive Instructor Martin is a seasoned advisor to CxOs on Technology Business Management and Value creation from Technology and Digital Investments. In his current role he runs the Customer Success Team in EMEA for all Apptio branded products supporting TBM, FinOps and Agile topics. Prior to joining Apptio in 2017, Martin was a VP for Gartner’s Executive Programs managing the DACH region and all of EMEA’s Emerging Markets.
