She specialises in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity. Shy has extensive experience leading large-scale Digital Identity programmes for global clients across the US, UK, and EMEA. Her work includes developing complex strategies and business cases, driving large-scale identity transformations, and providing ongoing execution support through managed services. With a strong technical background, Shy is recognised in the industry for her ability to innovate and shape the future of Digital Identity.
