Summary

You can’t control the market, but you can control how you react to it. Navigating today’s challenging environment is all about efficiency. As global IT spend is growing in trillions of US dollars each year, effective IT financial management is a “must” and it requires data-driven decisions to mitigate the impact of changing market conditions or unforeseen events. Yet, 60% of executives struggle to quantify the benefit of tech investments. Moreover, 55% of leaders lack key information regarding their technology spend decisions.

That is why we want to talk about it. At our one-of-a-kind Executive Dinner with carefully selected participants, we will drive peer-to-peer discussions on:

  • How do leaders align technology investments to business strategies?
  • How to determine if you spend too much or too little on technology?
  • How to communicate and optimize value from our technology investments?

Get the ideas or share with your executive peers how to successfully innovate to activate a cloud-first strategy and redirect spend to investments that drive the most business value.
