MARKETING
As a Gold Partner, you will have full access to, and inclusion in, the DACH Information Security Network marketing material. The industry- leading mix of association endorsement, publications, newsletters, database mail-outs, media and academic partners provides unique access and exposure to the target market. Your company logo, with a link to your website, will also appear on our dedicated event website.
SPECIAL INVITATION SERVICE
The Network Group will approach, on your behalf, any key clients or potential clients you would like to see represented at the event.
DELEGATE QUALIFICATION
Delegate attendance is limited to "C" Level / Director Level or equivalent; each with a minimum budgetary responsibility of €1,000,000.
INVESTMENT PROFILES
Detailed business intelligence on each attending delegate including their biographical profile and planned investment areas will be provided before the event to ensure meeting and networking time is spent with the right people.
PRE-EVENT SCHEDULING
Once your meeting priorities have been selected, our scheduling team will work closely with you and the delegates to refine your schedule and ensure all meetings are mutually agreed for maximum ROI and to give both participants time to prepare for each meeting.
ON-SITE
ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS
You are guaranteed a minimum of 15 pre-scheduled and pre-qualified business meetings at your own dedicated meeting area. Meetings are scheduled for 25 minutes each.
ADDITIONAL MEETINGS
Delegates are able to request additional meetings onsite. Our unique advanced scheduling software (SNS) automatically creates the additional meetings for you in time slots when you are both available.
DEDICATED MEETING AREA
You will be allocated a branded, furnished, meeting area with two tables in the main networking area for the duration of the event. Pull-up banners may be brought for each table to increase exposure and optimise networking time.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Seated Gala Dinner ensures productive networking time and additional delegate introductions. Drinks reception and networking lunches are open networking opportunities for further discussions.
ON-SITE SUPPORT SERVICE
You will be allocated a Personal Meeting Assistant on-site who will be responsible for the smooth running of your meetings and to liaise directly with the scheduling team on your behalf.
REPRESENTATIVE PASSES
2 passes with full access to all keynotes, round table discussions and networking sessions are included.
