Summary

The coronavirus health crisis has urgently refocused the attention of healthcare executives – supply and inventory disruptions are now their top concern, second only to patient safety and quality of care. The pandemic has put supply and inventory visibility and resiliency squarely in the spotlight.

Healthcare organizations need better management of, and visibility into, inventory. They need to know what they have, where it is, and when it’s needed. Few healthcare organizations have the technology-supported visibility, integration and collaboration they require.

In this session, we’ll discuss the causes and consequences of supply/inventory disruption – and the solutions for pandemic-related and post-pandemic challenges. You’ll hear from seasoned executives on the strategies and solutions they’re implementing for a more resilient and agile organization – and how that impacts patient care.

Questions:

  • What have been your most significant business and supply chain challenges as a result of Covid-19?
  • What digital/technology strategies are you employing to address these challenges?
  • Going forward, how will this impact your supply chain and technology strategy? What solutions are a priority?
  • Is tighter integration with healthcare suppliers and partners a priority?
  • What are your data challenges ? How would you rate or describe your industry’s (organization’s) data management and governance capabilities?
