Summary

Organizations that are best able to use advanced and integrated digital platforms and technologies proved to be the more resilient, and therefore, more successful at sustaining business continuity and growth during dynamic macro-economic and social environments.

Even before the pandemic, the digital economy required workers to operate as dynamic, outcome-focused teams that can quickly adapt to business demands and new market requirements – anytime, anywhere, with frictionless, secure collaboration tools.  This trend was accelerated by the pandemic, as was the move to the hybrid model of remote working.

The long-standing IBM and Box partnership has been helping hundreds of organizations across the globe embrace digital transformation and integrated best-of-breed technologies, with an emphasis on the secure collaboration, business processes and workflows, in the Content Cloud.

Discussion Topics

  • How has COVID-19 disrupted your approach to establishing your IT stack to support workforce collaboration? How have you adapted to continue moving forward while keeping your employees connected, both internally and with customers, suppliers, and partners?
  • If COVID-19 accelerated the move to embrace the cloud and best of breed collaboration tools, what challenges are you facing as we start to emerge from the pandemic?
  • Access to content, especially in business driven processes, is key, but should not be at the detriment of security. What has been your approach to ensuring the tools you’re providing the workforce are secure?
  • Where does AI and ML fit into your IT strategy, are there areas that can be enhanced with such technology to enhance threat detection, drive productivity, or improve workflows and collaboration?
