Florian leads the Digital Tansformation of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG since 2016. Since then, the company has successfully introduced agile work, moved almost all of his tech into the cloud and reached top marketplace positions in Energy Sales, Home-Battery Solutions and e-Mobility.
Florian previously lead Digital and Omnichannel for Vodafone in Germany and before that worked in various roles for Vodafone Group. Florian is Co-Founder and Member of the Supervisory Board of Tallence AG; he was Co-Founder of MatchingUU GmbH (Exit in 2017 to Verve Wireless, CA)
