Summary

Organizations that are best able to use advanced and integrated digital platforms and technologies proved to be the more resilient, and therefore, more successful at sustaining business continuity and growth during dynamic macro-economic and social environments.

Even before the pandemic, the digital economy required workers to operate as dynamic, outcome-focused teams that can quickly adapt to business demands and new market requirements – anytime, anywhere, with frictionless, secure collaboration tools.  This trend was accelerated by the pandemic, as was the move to the hybrid model of remote working.

For the financial services industry, workflows, business intelligence and AI are critical in the areas of:

  • Loan origination – Accelerated loan intake, processing and archiving including, secure, external workflows across devices
  • Client onboarding – Centralized, cloud-native, transparent, secure onboarding experience between client and internal teams
  • Wealth management – Client’s increasing demand for more personalization, and a digital-first service, mean firms need advanced tools to service, manage the portfolios and engage with their customers

The long-standing IBM and Box partnership has been helping hundreds of organizations including world leading banks and financial services companies across the globe redesign their information architecture, embrace digital transformation, and integrated best of breed technologies, with an emphasis on the secure collaboration, business processes and workflows, in the Content Cloud.
