Nick is a director of third-party risk management (TPRM) within MorganFranklin Consulting’s cybersecurity practice. Nick is responsible to design, build, and maintain TPRM programs, and has driven programs for over 15 companies in diverse industries including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and retail.
Prior to coming to MorganFranklin, Nick worked for a Fortune 500 financial services firm helping drive its security program to meet all regulatory compliance expectations including TPRM. Nick has over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector with the majority of his time in lead roles supporting Fortune 500 global enterprise programs including Bear Stearns, JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Synchrony Financial.
Nick has been with MorganFranklin Consulting since 2019 and currently manages the cybersecurity practice’s TPRM client service offering including program advisory, build, maturity, integration, and managed services. Nick helps to lead program development and security risk assessment services utilizing frameworks such as SCF, CIS, NIST, and ISO. Additionally, he has experience in client engagement, market strategy, building and managing large support teams, program coordination and collaboration, and building programs that utilize market-leading TPRM tools such as ProcessUnity. Nick holds the following professional certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP, ISC2); CompTIA Sec+ (DoD 8140/8570, ISO17024), Certificate – Rutgers Cyber Security Program.
Sandeep Bhide, VP of Product Management, ProcessUnity 

Sandeep has spent over 15 years in enterprise B2B SaaS software companies with deep and broad experience in product management and software engineering. Before ProcessUnity, Sandeep led GEP’s sourcing, supplier and third-party risk management products for 2 years. Prior to that he led the third-party risk and performance management product at Coupa (Hiperos) for nine years.Sandeep is responsible for keeping the pulse on current and emerging needs in the third-party management market and delivering high-value product capabilities and solutions that help ProcessUnity’s customers and maintain its leadership position.
